How much does gutter cleaning cost in Norfolk?
Most Norfolk homes pay between £45 and £90 for a full gutter clean. Terraces and bungalows sit at the lower end; large detached and three-storey homes at the top.
Typical prices by house type
A terraced house or bungalow usually costs £45–£60. A semi-detached home is typically £55–£70, and a detached house £75–£95. Three-storey homes and properties with extensions cost a little more because there is more guttering and it is harder to reach.

What changes the price
Gutter length is the biggest factor: a 3-bed semi has around 18 metres of guttering, while a large detached home can have 35 metres or more. Height matters too, as does how blocked the gutters are. Conservatories, flat-roof extensions and garages all add extra runs.
Add-ons worth considering
Many homeowners add a fascia and soffit wash at the same time, since we are already set up at the property. Downpipe unblocking and gutter guards are also popular, especially for homes near trees.
Watch out for very cheap quotes
A very low price can mean no insurance, no proof of work, or a quick scoop of the front gutters only. Ask whether the price covers all sides, downpipes, and removal of waste, and whether you will see before and after photos.
